Is the first click ever a mine?+
No. Mines are placed only after your first click, and never on or directly next to that tile, so you always get a safe opening move.
How do I flag a suspected mine?+
On desktop, right-click a tile to flag it. On touch devices, turn on Flag Mode, then tap tiles to flag or unflag them instead of revealing.
What do the difficulty levels change?+
Easy is a 9×9 grid with 10 mines, Medium is 13×13 with 26 mines, and Hard is 16×18 with 60 mines. Switching difficulty starts a fresh board.
How is a win detected?+
You win the moment every non-mine tile has been revealed. You don't need to flag all the mines to finish.
