What is the Pomodoro Technique?+
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break work down into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks (usually 5 minutes). These intervals are named pomodoros.
Can I customize the session and break durations?+
Yes. You can customize the Work session, Short Break, and Long Break intervals to suit your personal working style and rhythm.
Does the timer automatically start the next session?+
By default, the timer prompts you to start the next session or break so you can take control of your time, but you can also toggle auto-start options.
