Toolwinder is a small, independently run project. There's no support ticket system and no chatbot, just an inbox a real person reads. If something's broken, missing, or unclear, this is the way to reach us.
What to include
Whatever you're writing about, a few details help us respond faster:
- Bug report: which tool, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A browser name and version helps too.
- Tool request: what the tool should do and why the existing ones don't cover it.
- Privacy or data question: see the Privacy Policy first; most questions are answered there, but email us if yours isn't.
- Legal or Terms of Service question: reference the Terms of Service section you're asking about, if applicable.
Response time
This inbox is checked regularly, but Toolwinder isn't staffed around the clock. Expect a reply within a few business days rather than instantly.
